Tim delivered a shed for us that we had bought from Costco. Not only was her on time, great communications, excellent delivery, but he also gave us good tips and recommendations in case we run into any issues with the actual shed. Great experience! A key got stuck in the front door lock of a house I was looking after while the owners were on vacation. I called Gramento's Services (found with google) after trying to free the key on my own. The guy who answered asked questions about the lock and how the key was situated, and I told him what I had already tried. He gave me what I thought was a very reasonable estimate. I told him I'd call back if I decided to use his service (I wanted to make sure the price was reasonable) and that was no problem. When I did call back, he arrived at the house quickly, explained/showed me what he was doing, made sure I could lock and unlock the door after he was done (having me test several times), and explained the options and price should the owners ever want to replace the lock if it keeps sticking (no pressure, just information). And then he charged me exactly the quoted price! I will definitely call again if I ever need to, and I recommended him to the house owners.
